I would describe this book as Dante's Inferno in a multiverse with a dash of Karma! Though it is long, I read this in 3 days- I couldn't put the book down. It is a Hero's Journey with a young girl (yes!) as our hero. She is on a mission to make a difference. There are battles of men and battles of Gods Reality is in question, as well as what is good and what is evil.
On a more critical note, you have to get 30 pages in before the writing really gets in to a good rhythm. Also, you may want to consider the Epilogue as a prequel to the next book rather than an ending, or don't read it at all and just wait. I am eager to read more!
